  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon of Italian herbs
  • 1 tablespoon Kapana spice

  • 1/2 pack of chilli beef soup
  • 3 potatoes, peeled and cut into small pieces
  • 4 carrots, peeled and cut into small pieces

Season the goat meat with Kapana spice, paprika and Italian herbs. Using a heavy skillet, brown the goat (in batches) in cooking oil over medium heat. Add onions, a cup of soup and tomato sauce to the pan and cook until soft, about 5 minutes.

In another pan add water, carrots, potatoes and a bit of salt, Cook for another 10-20 minutes.

When this is soft add to the pan with goat and let it simmer for 15 minutes on low heat.
